wasm pack includes an unfortunate default -- putting a .gitignore with
*in the output folder. While this is great for keeping git history clean, it interplayed with NPM's include/exclude rules in unexpected ways.We set a pre-pack script to delete this ignore file, as no flag is provided by the wasm pack rustwasm/wasm-pack#728
