We are adding a set of attributes to the Prometheus data, enabling improve health monitoring of the OSPool. This will help answering questions like "How many EPs have outbound firewalls?" and "What is the OSDF/CVMFS coverage over time?". The data will be used in a new Grafana dashboard.
