- new macro rule that combines old schematron rule with XML script module detection; - tests and test file for the above; - fixed isssue with XML parser when attempting to parse files with `DOCTYPE` declarations; - dummy entity resolver to substitute for missing `DTD`s; and - tightened up XML processing security.
