Fixes #388 .
There were mainly two groups of problems that are solved here:
heat_supply.individual_heatingwas looking for an old carrier name and therefore always returned 0heat_etrago.supply task, they have been in the intermediate table for rural heat supply but were not copied to the tables for etragoBoth issues seem to be fixed now. I tested it with a local run for Schleswig-Holstein and can see the expected capacities in the eTraGo tables.
