Currently since the license is missing the fallback is that "all rights are reserved". Meaning that actually noone is in theory allowed to use this project. I am proposing that we assign this very simple project a very permissive license.

Another alternative if of course that this is given a GPLv2+/v3+ like many other projects in this org. I would greatly appreciate feedback!

@marguerite maybe you have time to take a look? My interest in this project and the sibling ones have re-spiked in the last weeks a bit due to my openSUSE Jitsi efforts. :)
