Notes:
To use for first time, download serverwiz2.jar into a clean directory and run:
java -jar serverwiz2.jar

When running first time, you will be prompted for git directory location.

Changes:

• Force top level name in hierarchy to include position.
  So 'sys' becomes 'sys-0'
