Notes:
To use for first time, download serverwiz2.jar into a clean directory and run:
java -jar serverwiz2.jar

Changes:

Newest attributes and sorts output by id so merges and diffs are easier.
Use attribute_types.xml and attributes_types_hb.xml directly from hostboot repo
