Description
Turns out we never quite wired in the archive and delete in the Teams page for a search endpoint.
Also added archive filter and ability to archive a search endpoint in the search endpoints listing page.
Motivation and Context
Fixes #1255, thanks @atarora for spotting some of the places where features are not as polished as they should be!
