Sometimes it takes a while for the form to save. Without an indicator to the user, it appears to not be working. Adding a spinner will communicate that something is happening while the user waits.
After uploading an banner image and saving, the images would not reflect the change unless the user manually cleared the browser's cache.
Because I forgot about them in a previous commit.
This commit will fix the text of the contact_email and contact_email_to because they were swapped.
