Adding a test which leverages cu_mask on AIE to launch 3 different kernels in a queue

Adding a test which makes sure that we can launch packets to the same queue that utilize different PDIs. The way that the test is written assumes that there is a single input vector of a fixed size that is transformed into a single output vector of the same size. Constraining the test in this way made it easily extendable to multiple PDIs but the cu_mask feature is not constrained to this limitation.
