This pull request adds the base implementation for the Plugin, along with instructions in the README.
There are known limitations (Navi currently works with bash commands only, and the plugin runs in default mode without an 'explain' flag) that I'm addressing in a separate fork. While my long-term goal is to make it a code assistant for any language, your project focuses on shell scripting.
This code likely requires another patch related to the .env file, which I'll submit shortly.
