Add state management for user information and advertisements.
Implement functionality to display user details and list ads with delete option.
Setup form for updating user information to handle form submission.
Introduce Material-UI components for structured layout and styling.
Placeholder functions for adding and deleting ads, indicating future implementation areas.

Note: Actual integration with the backend for fetching and updating data, and managing ads will be implemented in subsequent commits.
