As discussed in #1343 please find an update to the Vue Quckstart code in line with the nhost/nhost example code.

Changes includes:

Update to use the NhostClient() syntax
Clarification of environment variables usage
Synchronize repo to match the nhost/nhost example Vue Quickstart code
