This PR removes the
NewRelic.Instrumented.HTTPoisonwhich, according to reports #345 (comment), does not compile correctly in client applications.If users wish, they can bring the module into their own applications to instrument HTTPoison.
All 3rd party libraries should be instrumented using
:telemetry(which wasn't around when this module was first introduced)
