Approach
This change was created by running
ruby scripts/import_taxyear.rb. It introduces a large number of new files, but these are all imported from the existing IRS archive.Steps to test
Created XML schema from 2023 and validated that I was able to view it using the viewer that was locally hosted using
scripts/server.Notes
