About the PR

Adds the N2524 Pattern Repeater, a lever action rifle, to the game. 7 round capacity and chambered in .45, but you gotta manually load the shots and it has the same Mosin firing delay.

Why / Balance

Adds a decently hard-hitting rifle to the civilian catalogue while also being worse then the Deckard/Mateba counterparts may be, although certainly better then being stuck with a Mosin. It's also just more thematically appropriate for the game since we're a wild Frontier, and repeater carbines are a staple to that in history.

I like it, I only feel that we are creeping into 'reward' territory on the power scale instead of 'purchaseable' but this is a nice medium weapon
