About the PR

General changes

  • Cleaned up ymls a bit.
  • Moved spawner definitions to folders replicating base game folder structure.
  • Set noSpawn to true for every mob. Only spawners in the spawn menu now.

Syndicate mob tweaks

  • Disabled death acidifier for all mobs except expedition boss.
  • Turned off artificial bullet reflect. Now bullet reflect comes exclusively from gear (namely plasteel sword and cap's sabre).
  • Tool tip no longer shows NPC's gun stats like how many shots left, fire rate and such.

To do:

  • Syndicate Autolathe with recipes (map it to event ship). It's in the works by other contributors, so I'm not going to bother with this one and mark it as complete.

Blood cult mob tweaks

  • Improved readability of cult spawner icons.
  • Tool tip no longer shows NPC's gun stats like how many shots left, fire rate and such.
  • Added Blood Cult Janitor with drip. It has a, uhh, flechette soap cannon I guess. Soap bits do disappear with time. Truly, a death by thousand (35, actually) cuts. Has <5% spawn chance in expeditions.
  • Added cult runic belt buckle: takes belt slot, does not provide any storage, gives 10% reflect. Can be obtained only from blood cult janitor.
  • Cultist from time to time drop bone stacks, meds and cash as part of their loot.
  • Added Forge - an occult lathe that prints cult items. Can be found on Blood Moon. Among other resources uses bones.
  • Resprited old cult robes and hood.
  • Added cult webbing.
  • Pylons spawn crystals upon destruction. Reduced spawn rate of pylons in expeditions.
  • Melee mobs now have melee AI task instead of compound ranged/melee AI task.

To do:

  • Mob loadout variants.
  • Mob spawner randomization.
  • Mob loot bags.
  • Add shitty and scarce blood cult themed resource / currency that you have to grind in order to do anything even remotely fun with it.
  • Turn Forge into lathe with cult related recipes.
  • Alter event message to be more readable.

Wizard mob tweaks

  • Tool tip no longer shows NPC's gun stats like how many shots left, fire rate and such.

Why / Balance

Entice players to risk their lives in expeds with higher rewards.

How to test

Spawn mobs individually, visit expeditions with cultists and syndies

Media

  • This PR does not require an ingame showcase
