But to be sure, you will need:

Apache web server

PHP version 7.3 or above

You should edit two files:
.env
and .env.test
and change the
DATABASE_URL
string to connect to the databases you have created
If you wish, you can create local configuration files, to override the originals.
The file names should be .env.local
and .env.test.local
composer install
php bin/console doctrine:migrations:migrate
php bin/console doctrine:migrations:migrate --env=test
Set DocumentRoot
to point /public
directory
Allow to override settings via .htaccess
file

It is related to to symfony Password Encoder, which was changed to bcrypt
from auto
.
It was changed because on my local environment occurs a Segmentation Fault 11, which can be fixed, by installing another version of PHP, what I'm not going to do right now...
