The project packages pypi-mobans, gitignore and distributes it via pypi.
You can install pypi-mobans-pkg via pip:
$ pip install pypi-mobans-pkgor clone it and install it:
$ git clone https://github.com/moremoban/pypi-mobans-pkg.git
$ cd pypi-mobans-pkg$ git submodule update --init --recursive
