add s_csv RemesPath function to parse CSV files

* partially fix issue where running tests hijacks clipboard
    now the clipboard is only hijacked if it contained non-text data
* also add RegexSearchForm, which I will most likely remove
    and never use again, but which I'd like GitHub to remember
