Server side rendering

Currently, the editor is running inside the browser and the model has to be loaded from the server. As a preparation for the MPS integration there should also be the option to execute the editor engine on the server side and only transfer the HTML output to the browser and receive user events back. Most of the implementation is already platform independent and was developed with this option in mind.
