Adding the WildFly MCP project hosted in official WildFly extras github organization.

Description

WildFly team has developed an MCP server that we would like to see referenced from your README page.

Server Details

Allows to monitor WildFly server instances.

Motivation and Context

We believe that MCP specification and implementation is key in AI space.
