This pull request adds the
hf-transferlibrary to enable faster operations on the Hugging Face Hub. Thehf-transferlibrary is included in the dependencies. Additionally, theHF_HUB_ENABLE_HF_TRANSFERenvironment variable is set to1in the deployment scripts to enable the usage ofhf-transferduring the SDK execution.
