fixes :

• Adding mlrun.env to gitignore (does nothing actually when mlrun.env is already in the repo and can be removed)
• remove using yonishelach/sagemaker-demo image and building inside the project_setup
• Workaround for using s3 model filepath - logging the xgb model to mlrun (v3io) and use it in serving function https://iguazio.atlassian.net/browse/ML-8709
• fixing sagemaker version
