Added support of AMD SMI monitoring tool for Linux.
Parsed additional metrics such as GPU and memory utilizations, temperatures, power drawn and various clocks from amd-smi metric.
Parsed and added bidirectional XGMI bandwidth calculations from amd-smi xgmi.
