Currently, Diffuser pipeline requires model_name parameter to load. This parameter is not a part of Model config. We don't have any way to pass model name.
In HF pipeline, model is loaded using Model or model path parameters. Added same behavior for diffuser pipeline using utility function (similar to HF pipeline.)
