- Add `nixosModules` to `flake.nix` for better modularization. - Update `nixosConfigurations` to use `nixosModules`, simplifying imports in various configuration files. - Move reusable NixOS modules from `nixosConfigurations/modules` to the new `nixosModules` directory. - Rename and clean up module paths accordingly.
