The nodesource script isn't required at all for debian buster, so I've added another commit to remove that entirely for PHP 7.4 (which uses buster).

Scrub that, I'm going to keep the script in so that we have the more up-to-date version of node.js. Debian buster comes with the outdated version 10, which rather defeats the object!
