[Docs]fix vizro ai chart example

Description

when running the example dashboard code in the "Vizro-AI chart within vizro dashboard" section here,

• it gives an error complaining about CapturedCallable
• caused by the px.box chart being imported from import plotly.express as px instead of import vizro.plotly.express as px
