[Tidy] Update light theme bg-colors

Description

• Default styling update in preparation for the upcoming styled containers
• Change background color from left-side panel and navbar from grey to white
• Change background color from right-side from **white to light-grey
• Update chart background color based on the new right-side color inside bootstrap theme
