We must always have the xbmc.log or kodi.log file when you post a issue. (Remember to read "No content or stream fails" below)
Follow one or both guides from KODI.

- Log file/File manager access and use Pastebin.com to poste the log file
When you are missing content or stream fails, you also need to activate debugging in KODI Popcorn Time settings.
