ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Marion ! Curious, a jack-of-all-trades and enthusiastic, I make it a point of honor to invest myself fully in whatever I undertake. I love Gameplay programming, but I'm also interested in Tool programming. I'm looking for opportunities that will enable me to develop my video game programming skills, but also to experiment with the development of other interactive applications.

I love learning new skills and seeing how far I can push them. In my spare time, I enjoy longboarding and baking.

CURRENT WORK

Ar Mare is a narrative focused horror and investigation game, following the story of a lone lighthouse keeper whose dull daily life suddenly gets disrupted by mysterious and strange events.

As a cross-disciplinary team of 10 people (UX, artists, game design, management, programming and sound design), we have 4 months starting October 2024 to produce a polished DEMO for Ar Mare. We are working with Unreal Engine 5, using both Blueprints and C++.

FUTURE PROJECTS

  • ⭐ An interactable desktop pet - C++.
  • ⭐ A virtual pet for mobile - Unity.
  • ⭐ A plant monitoring system - Arduino.

MAIN PROJECTS

Puppy Guards

Puppy Guards is a 2 - 4 players cooperative couch game in which players take on the role of museum watchmen in charge of protecting the art pieces from at best clumsy, at worst malicious visitors ! Build barricades with furniture, bark at the visitors or knock them down. Everything is worth it to save the relics from the disaster !

Puppy Guards was made using Unity.
It was realized by a team of 6 people in 3 months as a part of our Master's degree curriculum at CNAM-ENJMIN.

Development :

  • Unity - Gameplay, UI (menus and HUD) & Editor (game design assistance, visualization, custom inspector) programming.
  • Local multiplayer implementation using the new input system and the C# class generated by it.
  • Use of high-performance plug-ins to facilitate production and enhance the gaming experience (Odin, A* Pathfinding Project, Dotween).

CoStellation

Take a little break from your hectic day to gaze at the stars !

CoStellation is the result of a 3 and a half day workshop. The objective was to create an interactive experience with basic inputs (keyboard, mouse, joystick) but with outputs not limited to a computer screen. It was made by a team of 9 people, using Unity as a part of our Master's degree curriculum at CNAM-ENJMIN.

CoStellation was presented during the 2024 edition of the “Les Mycéliades” festival held at the Alpha media-library in Angoulême.

Development :

  • Unity - Gameplay & Editor programming.
  • A 3 and a half day workshop on alternative output.
  • Presented during the 2024 edition of the “Les Mycéliades” festival held at the Alpha media-library in Angoulême.
