NIMBY-Alpha1

Initial release. Just merge the GameData folder with the one in the KSP folder. The Beacons.cfg file will be generated once you go into the Flight or Tracking Station scenes. By default the KSC is included with a range of 100km. It should be pretty self-explanatory to add new beacons with their own ranges.

If you try to recover something within range of at least one beacon then it will behave as normal. If you try to recover something further out than you'll be told you're out of range and that the closest beacon is X km away (and it tells you the beacon name).
