작업 내용
기존 SSE에 이벤트리스너추가
props로 내려서 waitingRoomInfoState를 받는다.
처음 대기방 들어왔을 때는 방정보(roomInfoState)를 불러올 때, 가공하여 set하였다.
기존 polling 코드 삭제
close #143
