New command: heap

[lodi-g]

Will display the heap's content or "No heap found.".

Retrieves the address range with get_vmmap, dump the memory with dumpmem and displays it with an enhanced version of hexdump (replacing lines of zeroes with a *) piped into less.

Hi, because this PR was never merged. I believe the author is inactive. Sorry about that.
If you absolutely need it, you can see the changes I've made and replicate them in your local peda install.
