Welcome to the LifeCycle project.

When you want to join LifeCycle please following the protocol below.

1. Joining the analysis platform as part of LifeCycle

• Harmonise your data according to the harmonisation guide
• Uploaded the LifeCycle variables and harmonised data
• Setup a VM’s according this specification (https://galaxy.ansible.com/molgenis/armadillo)
• Configure an update scheme to update you Opal with security updates
• Setup firewall rules which only make the instance available for your own network
• Setup firewall rules to connect with the analysis server
• Add your server to the monitoring tool by sending an email to [email protected]
• Upload you harmonised data into Opal

2. Joining the analysis platform as a new cohort

• Contact LifeCycle ([email protected]) to get clearance for participation
• Follow the steps above
