add the dirty harry sicilian

Adding the dirty harry variation in the sicilian defense, most famous because of the following chessable course: https://www.chessable.com/the-dirty-harry-sicilian/course/47232/

I think this is more the marketing name of a course, then the name of the opening. I did not find any other autorative sources calling it the dirty harry. In fact, even the owner of chessable, chesscom, just lists the line as " B33 Sicilian Defense: Open " in their analysis board.

If I search for the opening in google, the summary is essentially : 4 yt videos ( 3 of which are from the author of the course ) , the chessable course, this PR and other non-chess related results.

This does not mean it's wrong to add it, just that IDK where the " line " goes. But I would prefer to at least one more publication using the name, before it's added as an opening name. Let me know if there are some notable sources that I am not aware of.
