Adding a few extra hyphens to work-around issue 1017 libretro#1017 The extra hyphens vitally fix wrong hierarchy rendering on the Thumbnail Folders sub-bullet list.

Added a few extra hyphens to work around issue 1017 which crucially breaks hierarchy rendering on sub-bullets.
Sorry for the repeated PR's on this. It's impossible to spot the issue until after merge, because the final doc site page render doesn't match github preview markdown.
