Fix typos and improve readability in LIP documentation

Description

This pull request fixes several typos and improves the clarity of the LIP documentation. Below is a summary of the changes made:

Fixes

  1. Added the missing article the in "a path for Lens community" → "a path for the Lens community".
  2. Fixed subject-verb agreement: "LIPs provides" → "LIPs provide".
  3. Improved sentence readability by adding commas where necessary.
  4. Replaced that standards with those standards for proper plural agreement.
  5. Removed redundant phrasing: which that are supportedthat are supported.

Enhancements

  • Improved overall sentence structure for better readability and consistency.
