オリジナル憲法の日本語訳版をサブモジュールとして追加。
サブモジュール内の憲法へのシンボリックリンクを張った。
ファイル名のtypo: holcracy_constitution.md → holacracy_constitution.md
これに伴いREADME の修正

symbolic link だとgithub から見えないので、もういっそのことREADME だけ置いてあるリポジトリにしてしまう。
