Initial release, utilities and tools (thus the name big miscellaneous)

Tools and tech included in this release:

1. SHMCD-fixsave.py: SuperHot Mind Control Delete bypass something very long and annoying at some point in the game
2. findbadsectors.py: find and potentially overwrite bad (unreadable) sectors in files on disk
3. GitBarChartRace see readme inside, based on bar_chart_race excellent library, to create git history based chart races (fun for company celebration and giving spotlight to some people who contributed a lot during various times)
4. Experiments: Initial drop, playing with some useful block performance measurement timers, excellent tricks to get total average without knowing how many times block will be executed (exponential backoff)
