• Change hosting service to pm2 through SSH
• Mod channel reports (right now they only work for my personal server. next update will add a configuration command)
• Other various changes

Parthird v1.1

I think I made enough changes since v1.0 to count as a new version, but idk.

Changes worth mentioning

1. Added hosting through a third party webserver (instead of a friends linux vm)
2. Reaction roles through server emoji (instead of members requesting it)
   - I will have to add configuration for this though, as it only works for one specific channel
3. And various bugfixes

Parthird v1.0

After four-odd months of procrastination, I finally finished at least version one. sigh

I'm not done, I do still have stuff to add. But I figured I'd release version one, just because I need to get this out.
