More restructuring of SyllableProviderTests:

- Divided some of the larger and complicated tests into smaller ones
- Renamed some of the tests to better describe what they are trying to test
- Renamed variables to align with conventions set in other test classes
- Removed calls to deprecated methods
- Refactoring of this class is not 100% complete so expect more changes in the future
