Alternate checkbox icons

Minimal now supports a wide number of checkbox styles. These allow you to call out tasks that are incomplete, canceled, rescheduled, etc (closes #8). The new checkbox icons are compatible with Minimal color schemes using the Extended palette. Learn more in the documentation.

Small fixes and improvements

• Add support for Todoist plugin (closes #108) — includes color scheme support
• Slightly smaller default font size on iPad, closer to the desktop defaults
• Live Preview is updated to differentiate highlight, text selection and search result (closes #213)
• Scroll bar should be easier to grab in file navigator (closes #205)
• Fix bug with sidebar getting pinned on mobile (closes #222)
• Fix for changes to folding in Obsidian 0.13.30
