Enhance Kedro-viz analytics dashboard

Description

This ticket aims to improve our current dashboard to measure Kedro-Viz usage. Currently, we are using Heap for tracking, but we might switch to Tableau instead. The objective is to collaborate with the product and design to identify the metrics we want to track—both overall and per feature—and then build a corresponding dashboard.

A previous ticket (#1900) addressed improvements in telemetry tracking within our Kedro-Viz codebase, which has now been completed.
