Better config options

New version has some configuration settings split off to files as an option as well as some http fixes and additions

Stable and semi feature complete

This release has more configuration testing code in it and decent network initialization support. The logic for the adapter has been separated from network interfaces somewhat so you can use the services without any adapter configuration section.

Usable release with proper network change detection

This is the latest pre-release with updated modules that properly exit/startup on network changes. Logging with timestamps was fixed after I found a simple issue in 0.1.

Initial release

This release has working fdns, tunnel, and dhcp module code. The monitor module code is in early development and has been split to its own directory. Keep Monitor = 0 in ini for now. Make a directory bin/ under the source tree and place mftd.exe in it. Also make tmp and log directories. Follow instructions in Readme.md for arguments and etc/mftd.ini for ini options.
