Create a directory on your computer from which you would like to run the program. Download Certify.jar into that directory. Run the program for the first time using:
java -cp Certify.jar Main
Exit the program.

The first time the program is run it will create a directory called .certify in your home directory. It will also create empty .json files. Download the .svg files from this release into the .certify directory and if you want a pre-populated lesson file, then download the Lesson.json file into the .certify directory.
