First thank you for this awesome software.
When I tried to browse Calibre-Web OPDS with KOReader and tried to download my djvu files I couldn't see a download option. After a bit of research I figured out this have to do with the mimetype sent in the xml file.
This PR should fix this by using the common mimetype for djvu files "image/vnd.djvu" instead of "image/vnd.djv".
