Switching from old "main" branch to new "abels" branch which #21

I'm doing the PR because the project was started by William and then I worked on it, and now the main branch is outdated.

All of the latest release were trained using the code from this branch.

I updated everything in "abels" so that it could be the new reference for this repo.

preprocessing using registration

adjusted reorioentation copying sct's function directly here

added a more simple version of sct image class and made a function to run reorientation with it

timed and tested ! working well but metadata conversion issue
postprocessing tested only printing components

postprocessing working well

cleaned postprocessing
readme updated and video added (+ flake deal)
