Record ambient sensor data to disk

while we do display/store the data with the logs, we do not store ambient_sensor_table to disk separately

• Check for dataset type existence
  - existing Dataset Type
  - Filename pattern: _iblrig_ambientSensorData.raw.*
• Save to ALF without extractor
• Ensure files are registered (add to raw trials registration task inputs)
• Check other tasks too
• (Optional) add QC check for reasonable readings
